How old do you have to be to drive a moped or pocket bike?

I'm 12 and i turn thirteen in march. I live in missouri and for my christmas of when im 12 my mom said she is going to buy me a moped or pocket rocket for christmas. my mom want to know the laws and i dont really understand some of what they mean on other websites.

How do you put the chain back on a peugeot 102 moped?

You remove the rear drive sprocket and put the chain on, then bolt the sprocket back onto the bike (with chain already attached).

Why does my dog howl?

When I leave the house to go to school,my mother says my dog howls. Like a wolf. He throws his head back and everything. He howls about 5 to 6 times and just lies there at the door, moping. Even if I get out of the car he scratches at the windows and howls. He's not a big dog, he's a small little maltese! When you look at him, you would have no intention that such a little dog would let out such a big howl. But... why does he do it?

I'm doing a lit crit on Demian by Herman Hesse, and I was thinking of having a thesis about how Sinclair was somewhat representative of Hesse himself, and then go into the development of oneself based on theories of Freud and Jung, but I'm having trouble finding any reputable sources. Any ideas?
