He needs to save you as much as you need to save him. You cant be the only hero in the relationship. But he sounds too immature to be able to save you just yet. If you really think its meant to be, and you really want it to work out, then you have to give him more time. Trust me. I spent the longest time trying to get closer to this guy, when in reality, i was just pushing him away. You have to ignore him for awhile, make him want you, make him need you, make him miss you.
