Is there crochet manufacturers that will create custom crochet hats or scarves for me if i have the pattern?

i am looking to have custom mohawk hats, scoodies, ear flap hats and etc crocheted customly. If i have the pattern, the yarns i want use and a sample, are there companies that will manufacture them for me in bulk? can be local or international
