Moped has trouble running...?

You may want to let the engine warm up a few minutes before you start it. I have had the same problem before and waiting a few minutes generally does the trick, or you can just rev it until it starts, but that may flood the engine. I agree with the person before have a tech look at the speedometer it may be calibrated wrong.
