Pregnancy and a Kitty kennel. NEED MANY ANSWERS PLEASE!!!?

I went to an Animal adoption place. I went inside the Kitty kennel. I looked at all the cats but I forgot that I'm not supposed to be around cats litter boxes because I'm 3 months PREGNANT. Even though they were in cages, I could still smell them and the cleaning floor chemicals. The guy inside was almost done moping the floors. I was only in there for 20 mins. Is my baby ok??
