How old do you have to be to drive a moped in Indiana?

"oklatom" is 100% correct but did fail to add one thing. A moped may run 30 to 40 mph but if you are over 25 mph you can be pulled over and asked for your MC license. Not likely you will have an MC endorsement/license so guess what, you may have a ticket.
