Can pulling an all-nighter help me get my sleep schedule back to normal?

I used to have such a bad sleeping pattern, and to get out of it i did an all nighter, then forced myself to get out of bed early morning, then went to bed early that night and made myself get up early the next day. It worked for me, but if it doesn't you could be suffereing from insomnia, you can try talking to your GP for advice on how to sleep better at night. good luck.
