It is best to register it. The new requirement is if the engine is 21cc or larger it must be registered and insured just like a bicycle. The way around that new law is to buy a moped that is older than the law. I think 2006 but call your local DMV to be sure. They changed the 20 mph rule since there was confussion in the old law. If it is 20cc or smaller it is considered a powered bicycle. But, another thing to consider is why not just get a powered bicycle. Do a search on the web. They have kits where you can buy a 20cc engine that mounts to any bicycle. As long as you get a kit that conforms to Ohio's 20cc requirement there is no speed requirment. However, 15-20mph is all you will get out of it. Then, when you cant afford the gas it is a bicycle. When you want to run the engine you just release the clutch and your off.

One way you could keep this to a minimum would be to consider buying an older 125 such as the Honda 125 or Vespa 125 if you would prefer a scooter, and insuring it as a classic with a company such as Carol Nash. The early 125 Honda's were almost unkillable and if you can pick up an early 125 Benly you would have a bike that would appreciate in value as a collectors item. I bought a 35 year old 650cc Yamaha at a very reasonable price last year and it still runs like a dream as well as having novelty value. A moped would give you transport but would not provide any cachet or be half as much fun. See if there are any RAC/ACU organisations in your area as this will allow you to learn to ride safely prior to you buying a bike.

My 5 month old baby girl doesn't sleep for longer than 45mins at a time during the day, and I find myself putting her to bed up to 4 times a day. That's why the Navy can accept them. It's up to you what you want to do from here, either join the Army now or get your 15 semester hours and join the Navy later. The 100 level part is true for the most part, the recruiter probably said "just get the credits" because most classes will be 100 level by default. If you take a remedial class that won't be 100 level and it won't count.

I have a piaggio NRG and when you start it, it works fine when you rev it and doesnt cut out but if you leave it ticking over with no revs it cuts out after about 2 seconds, if you ride it for about 10 minutes and then stop it will stay ticking over but it doesnt when you first start it why is this? and how can i make it stay tickingover with out having to ride it for a while?

He advocates a "fair tax". It is not a fair tax like what Ron Paul has talked about where everyone would pay a set amount. He instead sets it at 23% rate and offers probates for low income families. This means that low income families wil pay no taxes, just like in the current system. The problem is that right now the top earners pay something like 39%. His proposal would drop that tax rate down to 23%. That is a massive tax break for the rich, without any plan to make up that lost revenue. I support Ron Paul, but I Am not above listening to new ideas. Cain's plan however seems to just replace the IRS with a system that does the exact same thing but taxes the wealthiest by about 40% less. I am all for lower taxes for everyone, but his plan looks like disaster. Why is no one calling him out for it?

hi, i have a betli xr2 moped, its a 49cc 2stroke single cylinder air cooled, motor and its about 1 year old, lately i have been trimming it to extreme levels, after i switched the powerbox i made it go around 70MPH's, so about 2 days after switching the powerbox i was driving on the highway, and it just turns off, i take it to the shop, and it turns out the 49cc cylinder broke, so a 49cc engine is too small to handle those high RPM's, if i bought a 70cc do you think that is stronge enough to handle doing 70MPH?

I went into my local motorcycle shop today and asked about the Aprilla RS50. The guy straight away said he wouldn't get one if I had no experience in bike maintenance etc. If the RS50 and SR50 are both two stroke then what's the difference because he said I should get something like the SR50 or the TGBR50x? These are both two stroke I believe too so wouldn't maintenance etc be the same as on the RS50. I really don't know so any help on what would be the best?

I have a piece of plaid drapery fabric that I want to use to make 2 valances for my bedroom windows (2 windows). Would it be ok if I cut the fabric on the vertical length? I was working a 5pm-2am job recently and now have a new jo offer but I have to get up at 7am in order to be at work by 8am. Demon X pit bikes, any good?

I have a moped cause i'm only 16 so don't give get a proper bike please. Anyway, i heard Demon X are pretty good and they are Taiwanese. Apparently these Taiwanese bikes are much better than chinese like TGB mopeds are pretty good. Also the Demon X bikes are pretty cheap but look good. I was looking at the Demon XLR125, is it any good or do you have experience with Demon X. I've passed my CBT, have my license and now I have my actual brand new moped. As it's new, it didn't come with any plates so I have to fill in an application form to get one for it. I used to have such a bad sleeping pattern, and to get out of it i did an all nighter, then forced myself to get out of bed early morning, then went to bed early that night and made myself get up early the next day. So i started seeing these bring flashes of light, way quicker than a second, it happened one day. I thought nothing of it, maybe i was trippin. another day it happened two times in a row, i definitely noticed it. I kno when im looking at something then suddenly a completely different image flashes before my eyes. i didnt see a visual picture just bright bright light. So them i started looking it up, i couldn't find anything really on the subject. So if you have some info on it I'd appreciate it On that note has anyone ever just looked at the fabric of space? but to look at thge fabric of space is to look at nothing, its hard to explain, you have to look threw nothing instead of look at nothing. ive also start seeing these tiny white lights today.. i cant see them anywhere else except when i look at the sky in the day time. again its when i try to look at that fabric again. but they are kind a big in size and sorta fly around, i know what floaters are and its not them. floaters are kind a grayish and odd looking all of these lights are the same size and move in the same pattern just in different directions, for a split second then they disappear. but the thing is, they're is never less of them some always show up in different places but the ones i focus on vanish.

Usually the exhaust system makes the biggest difference. Get a BiTurbo exhaust system or equal and that will give you a few more MPH.KPH. You are not going to get a lot of speed out of the engine unless you also get a big bore kit for it then it will be over the 50cc legal limit.

What does fresh blood in stool look like?

I know from the title this sounds like a silly question. But I have seen parts of my stool (solid stool, not diarhea) look red. Not the whole thing, not in one particular place, and I didn't see a pattern. The red portion wasn't any more liquid or solid than the rest of the stool. The water didn't change color to red. If I see jelly bean sized parts of my stool as pinkish/red should I assume that this is blood or food? I ate Sushi, a Spicy Italian sub at subway, an Apple, and a Fiber one bar today if that helps. Long ago i was at my step grandmothers with my mom, i was pretty young, (about 8 or 9). Well we were just walking out the door, something was telling me to look up, so i did, i pointed out to my mom 3 bright red lights in the shape of a trangle levitating above. They stopped moving and spread into a line and started moving VERY quickly in a random pattern. The left and right two were moving the most, the middle one moved once. They continued away and disappeared behind the trees, staying in the straight line. This was somewhere around Vancouver WA in 2004 i think. Any answers i would appreciate. It was as real as the air i breathe and its been boggling my brain violently for years! Ive found no other reports even close to Vancouver 2004.

Jealous sometimes and not others?

So when it comes to my relationship, I wouldn't say I am extremely jealous. I usually only get jealous in two circumstances... 1) my girlfriend says and compliments other men by calling them attractive or charming, or 2) she is talking to another specific guy. Now this is the problem wwith#2..... its only certain people. When we first got married I stayed home and my husband worked. We had four small children and then things started to get rocky. The economy failed and his income dwindled (he's self employed). I went back to work after having our first child and made up the difference. As time has gone he's worked less and less and I've worked more and more. He started up another business because he didn't want to stay home with the kids and now we pay huge money in child related expenses a month. He makes no money. Literally. He barely pays his company's bills so there's no money for us... he basically works for free, hanging out with his friends (they work with him in similar businesses). Here's what is driving me crazy. It looks like I might lose my job. I've told him that he needs to go out and get a job. He needs to make calls, put out resumes, anything. He refuses. At first he says he's going to, but then when I asked if he's called anybody he starts moping and then talks about how hard it is for him that he doesn't make as much money as I do. When I tell him that doesn't matter, he has to make SOMETHING in case I lose my job, he just talks about how depressed he is. Meanwhile, he continues to go to his job where he hangs out with his friends and makes NO money and I'm frantically working 60 hours a week to try and put some money away. He gets offended when I suggest that he apply for jobs that he thinks are beneath him, but I don't suggest any jobs that I wouldn't do myself if I lost my current job. I'm frustrated and I want out. Any suggestions?

How to cure noisy neighbours who won't turn down music volume and laugh off complaints from neighbours about t?

Hi All, I stay in a block of flats in Edinburgh and a guy has moved in above me who continually plays his music at such a high volume that I battle to hear my TV at full volume. He continually moves stuff around the flat and dropping what appear to be heavy objects. I would imagine that his floors are laminated as every sound carries to me who stays below. Myself and the guy who stay above him have been to talk to him about the noises and he ignores us and says its his flat and he'll do as he wishes. He is a tenant in the flat and we cannot find out his landlords name to make a complaint to her. He walks around the flat from room to room and I can hear every sound he makes, if carpets were fitted in his flat it would make 100% difference to the sounds being carried, and all of these complaints happen at all hours of the day whether its 3pm or 3 am. I am a shift worker and this is starting to affect my well being and sleep patterns. Any suggestions on a pay back that would alter his opinion.
